but it was not an overheat this time, it is an A/V hardware was damaged. tomorrow I will have to call MS. :rl:

*puzzled* where did you hear that from? I never kicked my console by accident...it just had some freezing problems when I used the xbox360 by USB connection by gamebridge for awhile and then the screen kept freezing and I tried AV cable on SDTV and is still the same so I dont really know why it caused freezing problems so yeah it happened only once many times on the first console that I got since launch so now I got a replacement and is manufacted in July 06 so I hope its alot better than the first console I got.

It's Microsoft, not our problem. It's sad that lots of people are loyal to Microsoft but you don't get a return because they want your money, not your fun.
