What program do u use to make these wallpapers?

I used JASC Paintshop Pro 7 to create the wallpapers. It's a good program, simple and effective to use.

Very nice work, Ziusudra! I like two Cammy wallpapers (#7 and #8) and one AMG wallpaper (#3).

Ziusudra, I can offer some criticizes but I tend to be harsh about it so I don't know if you want to hear me out or not. However you did great job with some of these wallpapers. I did saved three wallpapers that I like on my computer.
