My Some Single Gray Hairs...

Chances are you just have a genetic predisposition to going gray. That means that your genes determined when you would go gray.

Some people go gray at a young age and some people don't.

Ah, okay. Thank you for explaination. :)

I'm still disappoint with it. =/

Okkayy...

One problem thing...

I already stopped using dyed product for hair for long a time, because of animals testings.

Most of (maybe all of) them are animals testing and I don't want to dye this who already been tested on animals.

I'm totally against animals testing, so...

Do anybody else know what is a name product, for dye hair, who is not testing on animals? How do I find it?

Please do! :)

Hot bath is not really help me out but to reduce the pain only.

What is a best tip I can use?

Let's see.....if a hot bath does not help you to relax, you could take time out of your day to take a walk, or time to read a book you enjoy. Do you have any hobbies that you enjoy? You could schedule time each day to just work on hobby that you enjoy. I personally do yoga 3 times a week. I wish I had time to do it each day, but I work 2 jobs, and go to school, so my time is limited. Deep breathing exercises are also helpful.

Chatting on AD helps me get away from daily stress and relax, too.

My little cousin started to have grey in her hair when she was just a toddler. I believe her paternal grandmother (no relation to me), a hair stylist would dye her hair with black coffee to cover the grey one.

I used to be a blonde and now I have noticed the same colour showing up on my hair - I don't know if I should worry about it. :dunno:

Try highlighting your hair...if your hair is brown, try
carmel highlights, that way grays wont show. Just
ask your hair stylist, ok? she is your best bet to help
you how to cover the grey hairs..ok?
I think the blonde people are lucky as they grey dont
show much..heh.

Some theory is vitamin B deficiency can cause early gray hair. Could try to take extra vitamin B.

Don't know your age.....few gray hair no biggie....just beggining....lot of people start 35-40 with a few.
Lot of Porteguese from my California North Coast area grayed early.
You could just be the gray sheep of the family.

I didn't know any brand names off the type of my head, so I googled and came up with this:

Pregnancy-safe and Vegan-friendly Shampoos, Conditioners and Hair Dyes Hope it helps.

No. The stress isn't good for you. If you're not happy with your job. You might find a new job. It up to you. The best is exercise can help you stress reduce. Or go into HOT TUB to relax. You can try to eat health.

Jill, I'm curious.

Honestly, I always stressed almost everyday... but is it not good, right?

That's exactly what I told Mann to do exercise.

I think we should create a new thread about stress... It's a lot of negative and positive about stress what and how I learn at 5 week spa at 2 years ago.

There're good and bad stress.

If you enjoy to do something which mean is no stress because you like/love to do it...

If you don't enjoy to do something which mean is stress yourself because you don't like it...

If you think negative things which mean is bad stress.

If you think positive things which mean is good stress.

Yes, a lot of people said that bad stress cause gray hair but other people said it's something do with poor diet to cause gray hair. :dunno2:

I am going to create a new thread about bad and good stress later.

I don't have any gray yet, *knock on wood*

But, it's no big of a deal if you do, it just a part of you, but if it bothers you that much, You can always color your hair to match your natural hair color, but you're against animal testing. I don't know what else to say to this point on. ;)

for herbal essence dye product here what they said.
P&G, the parent company for Herbal Essences, has ended research involving animals on all our finished consumer products except when required by law. We use non-animal alternatives first. We'll only use animal testing when there are no other reasonable options.

is that good enough?

I'm kinda of freaked out...

I just spotted some more single gray hairs (and a few of them are a silverish gray color) around on my whole hair. I knew no one in my family have a grey hair at early age. So, it is impossible for me to have a herigate (sp), but I think it is because of my stressful actions during my work or... maybe I am too busy and overdoing actions, at the same time, I work too. I think?

Well, I started to have a few of them last May 2006 and now I have some more. I already talked to my mom and she just told me, "Hey, that's okay. It's just natural to have." :ugh3: I don't think she understood me so I did nt say anything... So, I asked a few of them to see if their families have a similar experience as mine, but I got a "no" from them. They didn't know what they would give me a good advice...

I thought maybe you guys may know about it, and let me ask you.

What would I do?

Embrace the grey hairs! It's a sign of distinguishness and maturity. :)

never mind i found one that 100% no animal cruelty. only can buy online though
Aubrey Organics Color Me Natural Hair Color
Aubrey Organics Color Me Natural Hair Color combines henna and indigo in a botanical-based blend for a completely natural hair dye that is safe for the environment and consumers. Although labeled as "permanent," the dye only coats the hair with color, as the product doesn't contain the chemicals (such as peroxides and PPDs) that are required for the dye to penetrate the hair shaft. This product is cruelty-free. What's more, the company doesn't determine the quality of its individual ingredients based on data derived from animal testing.
