A friend of mine recently brought a Windows 8 Dell tablet (It's 8 inches), and I gotta say-- the thing is AWESOME. The screen is large, and easy to see, and the price he got it for wasn't shabby, either-- $229 (because of a recent sale for Martin Luther King Jr's Birthday), and now he has gotten me thinking of maybe getting myself one of these things.

I heard that Dell Venue Windows 8 is very good. I am wondering your friend can able test P3 or Z5 on his Dell Venue windows 8 or not.

I will consider to buy Dell Venue 8 android 16GB soon. It will speed faster. Dell Venue 8 android have miracast which it can send anything to any HDTV. It is very nice.

He hasn't gotten that far yet. I'm gonna let him take it easy, and go from there.

Mark, when are you going to review it?

What model?

Hmm I clicked thinking there'd be a review of how the tablet worked/handled, descriptions etc, and all I get is this thing is AWESOME?

Okay then....

What's wrong with your Android tablet? It's waste of money for another Dell tablet since you already have Android tablet like 1 months old already.

Are you sure that Z5, P3, and Soresnon would works for Windows 8.11 tablet?

And Dell Venue 8 Pro use Atom Intel? Another junk hardware.

Why do you need other tablet?

I think it is better for you to get iPad Mini for $300.

Okay, first of all, my Asus tablet has badly cracked glass, and is unusable, so I cannot use it at this time. Secondly, the tablet I am currently using is only 8 GB, and the one I saw was 32 GB, so I need one of those. Now, I probably won't get it now, but in good time.

16GB is prettty enough. 1,000 pictures is around 1 GB. Why you needs 32GB for?

That's not the only reason. I've worked with Dell products before, so I know what to expect. As for Apple, I wouldn't know what to expect, because I've never used their products before, so I prefer to use something I'm familiar with, and know how to use.

Dell never made OS before. It's was Microsoft and it's made for all hardware as Dell, HP, Gateway, Toshiba, etc and all are same for familiar with.

I am well aware that it's Microsoft software...... that's one of the reasons why I prefer to stick with what I'm starting to get familiar with, and go from there. Anyhow, I'm noy planning on buying it now. Probably later on, but I have no need for it now. I'll make do with what I DO have now.

That tablet is 16 GB. This one is 32 GB.

WARNING: Windows 8 OS will take half of 32 GB so left you with 16 GB free.

iOS doesn't take much of space - only 1 GB, opposed to 16 GB for Windows.

Trust me, use iOS is very easy and you will gain the experience quickly.

Ah, no wonder my Asus tablet had 12 GB free space. That explains a lot.
