My new job

Hey there...

I got hired about 2 weeks ago with the new job in Everett. It's under the same janitoral company, it's basically a transfer. I started working on Wednesday and I enjoyed it so far. It's got benefits and great pay. I'm the janitor for the whole daycare (child development) center building at the navy base which is the home of USS Lincoln ship (one of the famous aircraft carrier)

My friend that I know since high school works at the navy base also, he cleans the commons building where many navy people hang out.

My times are 6 pm to 2:30 AM Monday thru Friday with federal holidays off work.

My commute is about 32 or so miles one way. We are planning to move to be near my work and Sweetheart also can commute a little farther to work, she doesn't mind because her car needs commuting on the highways, not stop n go in the city.

I'm glad I finally got a full time job with benefits with great pay.
I hope that job will stay with me for a good long time.

i am still looking for job but not in my state BUT outside like ohio where all my friends lives oh well

Working for government are AWESOME!!!


I works for government too for 6 years and love it!
 
Thanks everyone for the nice comments. I have put about almost 200 miles in 3 days worth of commuting, yikes! Today we're going to look at the apartment to see if we like it after Sweetheart gets back from work at 3 pm.

(We will let you guys know that we moved to a new place in a few coming months)
 
WTG!!!! I am glad u got a job!!! I used to work on Miliary base during HS years, so I know what its like..
