My Hearing aid is not working and

I am going the audi office tomorrow , I told the woman my HA is not working and it's too painful to wear a HA in my right ear and said I would also like to ask my audi if he know of a DR. I can see. The woman said my audi is out of the country and will be back Friday ,and I could come in then. I was like HUH,
I her my ear hurt and she want to wait till Friday . I think it my not be moisture after all as I kept my HA in the HA dry from noon yesterday and all night and it still did not work in the morning . I just hope I have not lost more hearing in my left ear as when I tried putting my left ear mold on my backup HA it did not help. I am concerned about my audi not being at the office , the other one does not know my hearing history .

If you don't use a dry and store box every night it could still be moisture that is the problem. The moisture could of already done that damage and corroded the insides of the hearing aids, that maybe why it's not working. That's why it's important to use a dry and store every night.
 
I went to the audi today and I never had this one before . She took the hook off my HA and asked if I could hear it feed backing . I am like HUH didn't she read my hearing test result before she called me in her office . She said my HA was making weird sounds and it would send it in to be fixed ,then she started to fool around with my earmold and took the tube out and took the hook off and put everything back on and had me try my HA on , it worked and the audi told me if stopped working I could bring it but it should be fine. It worked for about 20 minutes when I got back home and I had to bring it back to be send out. I am glad I have a backup HA and I will trying to see if there are another other audi close to my home. The audi had her computer on and she had all her patients names up so everyone could see it . I do not like everyone knowing my first and last name.

The tubing is damage , the audi bend it when she pulled it out of the earmold and put it back in and now I can't hear with my backup HA on !

Sounds like the tubing should of been changed ages ago if you've managed to bend it and damage it! Sounds like you should of changed the tubing way before and then maybe none of this would of happened! Do you not have spare tubing, it's simple maintenance of hearing aids?!

If I bend my tubing, it's just flops back into place as I change my tubing regularly.

No, the tubing was change not that long ago. I think it's the quality of the tubing , no I do not have tubing . I never had tubing that was of poor quality before. The problem was my audi had someone covering for him that is not very good at her job. I told her that I think the earmold was the problem and if she had looked at the tubing closer she would had notice it had bend in it . The audi had long sharp nails too and she could had cut the tubing with her nails while fooling around with it. I did post that I was concerned about my audi being out of the country and getting an audi that .
not good. I been wearing for years and I know they're being made worst .
