Murdered Pastor Found Naked in Crucifix Position

My husband's late grandparent lived there before. I felt stronger that from KKK. Few other towns and other states had some KKK group there. Sometimes, My husband and I drive there from my home about 45 mins.
 
Again murder is hate crime in of itself, so no need for an additional charge. For murder, just the give the guy the juice.
 
This is really sad. I extend my condolences to her and her family and her church congregation.

And I hope the killer is caught and brought to justice for what he has done to this woman.
 
A homicide conviction is based on intent, which determines the crime for which a defendant is charged. (e.g. first degree murder has different intent than manslaughter or vehicular homicide). A hate crime would involve a special kind of intent--the intent to harm someone because of his/her race, religion, gender or sexual orientation (depending on the statute).
