Mother want son with Down sydrome to lose virginity....

In my opinion. If he wants to have sex with someone. He should be a bit more discrete about it.

This is no different than the million dollar virgin advertising sex. To me it is exploiting a mentally challenged person. I am sorry, and he may be a higher functioning DS individual. He is being exploited by his mom.

The mom is just setting him up for heartbreaks, and teaching him you must pay to have sex.

That's just plain exploiting and her son deserves better than this! I am sure he will eventually find the girl to be happy with! I once knew a couple when I was in the Netherlands, both with DS and they were SO happy! Like small children, but still HAPPY! Instead of exploiting him this way, she should teach him how to be happy and love him no matter what! He is her son after all! :roll: I have no respect for this woman!

I know plenty of Downs folks who work hard at their jobs everyday , have relationships and do just fine.

I have to agree with the concensus here.

Mom should stay out of it. She should allow her son to develop his own relationships. Paying for sex acts is NOT the same as falling in love with a special person.

It's further degrading that she's made a public spectacle of their family. Blah!
 
It sounds VERY embrassassing for the mother to help his son get laid when sex is a VERY personal thing...of course, he shouldnt even talk abt it with his mom at all since its very awkard talking about it with your own mother looking for someone who can bang you.

ugh...I feel bad for that guy but seriously he should have some patience before finding the right one or whatever.

So if my son walks up to me and express desire to get laid...

I would tell him to seek and find someone himself. I would not resort to publicizing it and resorting to pay someone to doso.

This is a shock but I'm in agreement on this.

I think she should be more concerned with his well-being than his sexual life.

The Mom has it in her head, that she does not want her son to be a virgin.

She wants him to be "like everyone else"
