When I got a letter (jury summon), I called a disability office at the court. An official there told me that I didn't have to report to the court until an interpreter service was available. I waited for like 5 months. Then I went to the jury assembly where there were TWO certified ASL interpreters. Both of them were highly skilled. I enjoyed talking with them while we waited to be called by a court. On the third day of jury duty, I was not selected so that was it. What was so awesome, my employer (USPS) paid me in full, even though I was on jury duty for only 2-3 hours each day. I heard that private companies don't do that.
