I didn't bothered to post to worry because I vows to remain positive and keep continuing the positive thoughts about Jillio, but I really do hope she is all-right and nothing big had happened to her.
I really respect Jillio and her intellect.....and it just seems to me that surely there are some members here that must know more about Jillio than they are saying!
Everyone is going around in circles wondering what's happened and what's going on.....since she has not come back and isn't answering her emails from her friends at AD....then surely something has happened. Surely she hasn't dropped off the face of the earth.
Then again, I've known some members from another site, that just stopped posting for no reason and never came back! Leaving everyone "hanging in the air" as to what happened.
Some members are bound to be able to get in touch with her! ,Since they know where she works, her home town, etc. Maybe even her phone # ?? Or even the hospitals in the city she lives in?
She's such a popular member.....don't believe she would just up and leave AD.

Due to a federal law (HIPAA), hospitals aren't supposed to share info about their current/former patients.
Contact her at the place of employment if you know her real name or wait until she gets back with you via E-mail/PM.
I see. I thought they wouldn't say if one is in the system unless they are relatives.they cannot share the medical information about the patients but they can tell you if she's in the system or not IF you give them her real name.

that's the thing. how do they know you're a relative? That's why as long as you have patient's full name, they can either give you a hospital room # or confirmation. Other than that - they cannot share patient's medical information.
another thing - if you say... "it's a Caucasian woman with red hair in her 50's... admitted probably last week... first name is Jillio....". That won't fly and the hospital staff cannot help you any further unless you have a full name. They will not perform a broad search for you.
Remember Berry's story about her granddaughter?
Family members are given code numbers to give the hospital staff for getting updates on patients. According to the law, the hospital can't even acknowledge that someone is a patient there, even to law enforcement agencies.that's the thing. how do they know you're a relative? If the hospital follows the law, then they don't receive any unexpected visitors. A lot depends on enforcement.then how do they receive unexpected visitors?
