I'm going to post some puzzles every once a while in here. See if you can figure them out. Here's the first one:

2,3,5,6,7,8,10,11,12,13,14,15,17,18,19,20,21,22,23,24,...

What's the next number?

My guess is the next series is -

26,27,28,29,30,31,32,33,34,35,37 :)

I think I got it.... Remove the number after counting with even number? Count 2 then remove the # 4, count 4 then remove # 9, 6 then remove 16 and so on. So, Pinkster counted 10 then removed 36. Is that right?

Yes, that's one solution. However, there is a solution more simple than yours.
 
this is an intresting combo, I ll just watch here for a bit then wait til u guys come to the next game then i ll particpate not want to be confused :) hehe

I wrote this down at work.. but .. yeah

2,3,(2/4),5,6,7,8,(4/9),10,11,12,13,14,15,(6/16),17,18,19,20,21,22,23 ,24(8/25),26,27,28,29,30,31,32,33,34,35,(10/36)37

The first number in the ( ) represents how many before the missing number, and the 2nd number is the missing number. I caught on to the 2,4,6,8,10 after the first set of ( )’s. :)

Yes, you got one solution. The more simple solution is numbers that square themselves. What's missing? 1, 4, 9, 16, 25, 36,...

1 x 1 = 1
2 x 2 = 4
3 x 3 = 9
4 x 4 = 16
5 x 5 = 25
6 x 6 = 36
etc...

You did well. I will post a new puzzle soon.
 
You are a hungry tiger looking into a cage with a small hole that you can squeeze through. Inside the cage are delicious quail. You want to go in and devour the food, but the cage's hole will close the instant it senses an object leaving with a weight greater than its entering weight. This means you will be unable to escape after you eat the quail. What should you do?

throw the quail out of the cage and exhale all air out of lungs and go through the hole then eat the quail. :) i'm using my imagiation.

25 * 5 - 55 = 70
125 - 55 = 70
