Deafskeptic and Jillio, thanks for the comments. I have looked for more work. This is a small town. Because of my age and degree of hearing loss it seems very difficult to find another job with insurance. I looked all last year. There were other jobs but none had the insurance benefit.
Yes, I agree it is bullying. My boss did recommend me for a raise and gave me a good review, odd eh? I dont understand that behavior at all.
Jillio, you dont have to provide sources for me. I trust your judgement and direction. Thanks again. You rock.

Glad to hear that. I had problems with workplace bullying and I didn't found out what it was till I found a link to it on one of my ex-bf's websites.

Keep trying and I hope you'll improve things at work or find a new job with insurance.
