I’ll make sure Mayflower sees this and responds. Mayflower hasn’t had much time for the Internet lately. She’s working two jobs and is usually too tired at night to do anything but crawl into bed with a vodka martini and the remote control. She hardly even e-mails her parents in Washington anymore. She used to do it every day, but now she does it about once every two weeks. In addition, her dial-up is so slow that it takes about ten minutes for her to even get online. And she usually can’t even stay online for more than a couple of minutes because of random disconnects. We think it’s a faulty fuse in the junction box, but we haven’t had the time to get the phone company out to look at it. Bottom line is that she hasn’t been able to post here for quite some time. I can post here because I’m using the DSL at my mother’s house, but Mayflower almost never uses this computer. But I’ll see to it that she gets her birthday greetings! :)
