UpstNYDesigner, Whoa! you had bad experience. God had a best reason for your life. God lead you right way. Thank God for that I never trust men online with it. My deaf good friend who is now like your bad experience. Her boyfriend supposed came see her yesterday on fly the airplane but canceled it. She is destroyed her too high hope now. She is toooo depressed now. I am comfortable with her now.

Animal lover, thanks for your support in here. I heard that too. It was featured in TIME magazine back in 1995, long before I started online (Nov. 1998) and I felt bad for that lady who quit her job and moved all this way to California from a midwest state and he did not really wanted her. This was first internet dating story I heard of way back then.

Maybe the net is good but on another hand, to others, its bad. I do not really care about what you say, doh. Big deal! Hey, did you marry someone online??

Animal lover, again, thanks! Even we may not agree on how sexuality you and I (Straight Christian) still, you do understand!

I just thought of something else, long distance relationships works for some and was mentioned in the Bible- Genesis Chapter 24 about Abraham send his servant to find a woman to wed Abraham's son, Isaac who was griefing about his mother Sarah who passed away. It was God's plan and it happened. I read this story as I recalled in January 1985 and prayed to God for the right one. God showed me in vision who is my bride but I had to go do something for God first and the trials of my life. Again, in my book. Long story.

My point is, matchmaking is different for everyone. Some of us here will find someone from this site. Yet some of us will find someone in person in their hometowns, and of course, some of us, well, are already spoken for

but i met someone online recently last month..we already made the plans to see each other this summer..I hope he will love me! if not..Ill understand that :( oh well..there is plenty men in this world..

Thats great! I am happy for you! Thanks for the hug! I thought you were.. you know but you met a guy! Animal lover, I admit once I had a crush on a deaf gay woman at the time that I did not know she was one. We both have one big thing in common: snowmobiling and thats all we talked about. But as time goes on, she PROPOSED to me and I asked her why? She never said the L-o-v-e word to me and she wanted to marry me so she can get her modular home from her parents (they own a modular home dealership). I turned her down and then she was upset and married another man. Well, I heard she got divorced and went back to her old lifestyle.

This was wayyy back in 1989-91. Around there. Again, another bad experience.

hmm interesting...
me and him have same interest in gay sex but he said that he want to meet me and to know me more than talking online.. i'm not sure if this is working..but ill give a try :D
yep he is hearing and willing to learn ASL for me :D
 
Best to use caution here someone can get hurt with this game just my opinion
