Maryland/Delaware

Anyone live in Maryland or Delaware?
I do, and I don't know anyone around here I moved here from Oregon 1 year ago and I only met small group of deaf people and 3 random deaf people I bumped into but I kept forgetting to ask them for their email or whatever way to contact them to try build friendship.
So I figured maybe there's few in here AD that live around here that I can talk to on IM, Email or meet so I have some friend to sign with because my signing is getting little lousy.
I won't bite I'm 20 years old female so I'm not too young or too old I use ASL/PSE to communicate I'm extremely uncomfortable using my voice right now so I'm hoping to meet people that sign

I don't live anywhere near Maryland and Delaware, but have you checked into deaf gatherings at coffeehouses? Do google search on "Deaf Coffee". Good luck.
