I know it is not funny. It appears that this man may not take care of himself to me. The huge hamburger is that i would not eat.
 
I wonder if they include sudden loud sounds and fake arrests as part of the "heart attack" experience...

I remember Adam Richman's Man vs Food show and always thought he was being so stupid to force that much food into his body in one sitting. Not surprised he quit.
