Man raped his dying step daughter

9 years sentence for rape dying step daughter... *shake my head disguist* :mad2:
 
That's sick! and yet he only gets 9 years?.....*shaking my head 2 *
 
The judge should get 9 years for giving such an appalling sentence!
 
Bastard man.... stupid the judge giving him a nine years... i prefer a bastard man stay in prison rest of his lifes for good !!!!!!!!!!
 
Once he gets to the big house, I think his fellow inmates should be told what this sicko did. Let's see how long he lasts after that. I'd give him life without parole myself or cut off his 'small part' since he uses it to think with instead of his brain. IMHO
 
Nine years is certainly a long time, but definitely not my recommended sentence for such an appalling crime. Castration via rusty and corroded blade would do...

....after that, I don't think the bastard would want to get out after nine years - in this case, history cannot be repeated and he'll not be able to use his "friend" for further recreation matters.

Now, that is a great idea for such a sentence for a disgusting criminal act. I assume the judge was using some sort of sentencing guidelines in determining the sentence. If so, he may have been unable to impose a stiffer penalty (although he may have wanted to). If not, well he deserves to serve time as well. Often judges are a bad as the criminals...(mentality-wise)

Somebody mentioned about letting the immates find out about the idiot's crime and letting real justice occur (happens far more often then people realize). There is a weird honor system in place in prisons and they don't like perverts anymore than most people. Often such idiots like this have to be in isolated areas to protect them! *Spat* What does he need protection from?

He deserves way more than 9 years.
 
Yeah, it actually happened to that catholic priest who had raped and molested all those kids. They put him in general population, and they took care of him. Criminals have no tolerance for sick people like them.

I'm pretty speechless that the step father raped her when she was injured from the fall, He took advantage of her and she die in the result of head injured. I cannot believe it, I'm lost with words and the fact he got away with only alit time, that is not justice for that teenager. She will never be back, he gets 9 years for rape? What kind of justice is that? I'm disappointing in the legal system. :(

I agreed with you, Cheri. Im pretty speechless abt that.

But NINE YEARS? Its not enough, should be more than 20 years or something. He is lucky that hes not in Michigan, if he is then it will sentence him to being in jail for 20 to 45 years.
