STUART, Fla — Authorities have filed another 90 charges of possession of child pornography against a Martin County man who blamed the crime on his cat.

According to a sheriff's report, Jensen Beach resident Keith Griffin told investigators that pornographic images downloaded when his cat jumped on his computer keyboard while he was downloading music.

Griffin was arrested in early August and charged with 10 counts of possession of child pornography. Investigators filed the additional charges on Thursday.

Griffin is being held in lieu of $2.2 million bail at the Martin County Jail. He was not immediately known if he has an attorney.

Sheriff's officials said a family friend was caring for the cat.

That's the most number of charges I've ever seen.

Ah, I love to pet a cat for jumping up to a computer keyboard. ;)
 
The cat is never to blame. It's the owner cause they're the ones who brought them into the house with them.

My cat usually jumps on the keyboard and accidentally shuts down the computer while I'm downloading art tutorials. Pisses me off every time he does that, especially when I'm working on a project and it wasn't saved beforehand.

Perhaps you could draw a floorplan of your house. Shade anything in green for yes, and shade anything yellow for no. Start slow by pointing to the room one by one, indicating "yes" for green areas and "no for yellow areas. Make sure you nod! :)

It's kind of like Data (in Star Trek: The Next Generation) saying "Down is yes; up is no" while pointing a finger up or down depending on what he said.

That's really bad. When you need to blame it on your cat for coverup.
 
Even if the cat accidentally downloaded child porn, why didn't he delete it after he saw it and get those disgusting images out of his head?
