Anyone here know how to make a website out of a Wordpress Blog? And if you could, could I please see your portfolio?

I'm aware of some of them out there. But also thought perhaps maybe I could also check the deaf or hard of hearing web designers in this section and possibly do some business with them. After all, my website's "hearing loss" related. :)
