Hey guys. I notice Im gaining weight thru out the winter. So starting today Im back to running, situp or crunches, and weight room. What about you guys? How you guys lose a couple pounds?

Right. I believe this is a :repost: ?

Anyway, you don't want to know what I do for weight loss purposes. Some of my techniques aren't very healthy.

I had been throught losing weights and gaining weights pretty alot in the past 10 years. Diet will make you starving for foods after few months of losing weights. This is very hard for me. Then I just found a way. A better way! All I eat is lean cruise foods which can be found in most food stores. I just eat any of Lean Cruise foods daily and drink only water. I did some 15 mins walking daily and lost alot of lbs and I am never that hungry! I was suckered being on diet. I learned Diet isnt very good. Diet is good for body builders. I am not one of them lol. Lean Cruise is a way to go. I know they are costly but worth it.

PS: The picture of me below is fatty pic now I am not that fat anymore. I keep this picture because I had a long goatee to show off. LOL Trimed it off now grr
 
What is an exactly word for "Lean Cruise" Diet? Can you add the link that I would interest to look at, NascarZing?

I dont believe in lean cuisine or diet

I dont believe in diet or any low fat/calories meal....protien diet and all that crap.

I was overweight and I was devasated about it. I decided to do something about it. My wonderful former roommate had helped me so much thru my weight loss.

What I did ....

Get up 6 or 7 am in the morning to go to gym for an hour to two hours. I worked on cardio for 30 minutes then weight lift for upper part then the lower part for the next day.

I came home and took a shower. I ate my breakfast....of course most important meal of the day. I ate yogurt *not the low fat or the any diet yogurt* It is Yoplait and any kind of flavors. I sometimes eat eggs or bagel with strawberry cream cheese. Then off I go to school and work. I bring with my snacks, pretzels, cheese, diet coke or water *i can't drink sugar drink because Im hypoglyemic*, then lunch time, I ate chicken bowl with rice... or hamburger. ... fries. But small portion. Another snacks...then dinner time, I just usually eat anything I want. like fajitas, chicken casserole... any regular food. It works for me. ... i just eat 6 meals a day with SMALL portion and work out regularly. Then I lost 30 months in 1 1/2 months. It s great. I felt so healthy and not cheating. I thought you should try.

It is important not to overeat and sleep alot.... watch too much tv. You can have sweet as much you want but just try to eat sweet less than you usually take.
 
agree with bewitched, eat much load ;ess time a day but small load more times a day would be fine, just watch high calorie if u eat much load with high calorie should less time a day, i like salad it is so low calorie so i just add checken or chili in salad I am 135 to 140 remain since I gave birth second daughter dec 25 2003 same before I got preggy was 130 since first daughter :dunno:
before met my husband I have been 160 and up but after having baby lost alot i didnt noticed neither tried to go gym or diet yet since remain 135 working full time and mother of 2 kids at home doing active, walking stroller to near store instead of riding in suv unless cold and rainy out :) it works.
 
Oops! :shock: Yep its Lean Cuisine by Stouffer's. They sure works. Loves it. Their foods are great to me and I can eat 4 meals of Lean Cuisine and lost weights by walking around for 15 mins a day. Most important of all is to drink water only (NO SODAS!!!) I was a soda freak and it's the reason why I was fat. Now I dont need sodas since I eat 4 meals a day and its good enough. Really its good to eat 3 meals a day but I like to eat more. Lean Cuisine is the way. :boink:

I used to workout hard and I am tired of working out daily. Lean Cuisine is good for those who doesn't like to workout hard. By the way Lean Cuisine foods have Potassium! Which is good thing and we need them! :booty:

PS: I lost 23 lbs in only less than 2 months.

updating my status. Since i've posted here I lost 8 extra lbs without any workouts. Interesting! Lean Cuisine sure does work. Doesn't feel any hungry at all like I did when I were on diet years ago. :bj: Remember drink water only! Coffee is okay. :buk:
