Looking for someone

Hi everyone.
I'm looking for a deaf lady who moved to Scotland five years ago with her partner and two girls. We have limited information and we have drawn a blank so far. I thought perhaps I could track her down through the services she may access and the community groups she may be a part of.

Is anyone from scotland and has any idea where to start? Are there other forums or social media she may use as she doesn't have Facebook. As a deaf person living in Scotland how do you find other deaf people? I just need to get a message to her regarding her father.

Since it is regarding her father, you probably want to contact the local emergency services - police, hospital, etc, and they will deliver a message if they find it appropriate. Good luck.
