Long distance relationship

That is the hardest part about LD relationships.. But not having them near you makes the heart grow fonder.

I've been alone 2 months now.. And I love my boyfriend more every day even though I won't touch him or hold him for 10 more months. there are nights I'm sad because I miss him holding me. But I always remember that this separation will make us love each other more when it's over.
 
My bf of almost 5 years just moved back home. We were LD for 3 years. I moved away to go to school, then moved back then he moved away from his family because they were driving him nutz. He finally moved home

If the two people in the relationship are commited to one another it will work. There must be trust and loyalty, it can work, you just have to work at it. Communication is the key
 
yeah alot of people are different.. it take two to tango to keep the relationship going and communication is the key, of coursE! IF both really love each other.. Love will overcome and they will still be together no matter what the consquences is. both have to work on it to keep it alive and happy! :)
 
I don't mind a LD relationship if, a man keeps in contact with me by emails or IM -- just to show me if, he is still interestin' in me and how much he stays faithful to me in case, if we meet each other in person one day. Just never know. :)

That is the important part, if you don't communicate in some way then it's easy to allow doubts to slip into your thinking, being as you can't SEE the person, and sometimes you start to feel like maybe they don't love you still as much as you love them, so it's important to talk alot to keep reasuring each other. Trust is also a big thing because sometimes you CAN'T talk for awhile, and also loyalty is very very very important.
 
sometimes LD relationship is suckin bec when ya meet the man or woman and get know them in a while , eg: visiting etc then when start live together with kids or something like that some people wld show true colors.. maybe be terrible, or upsetting etc so there is always remains to be unseen..

Look the example about Prince Charles and Camilla...

They have been with for over 30 years and married... Guess what, their marriage goes on rock after 18 months marriage... They want divorce... :shock:

My hubby & I saw each other 13 times and married... we have been married for over 21 years now... :)

i have been in like 3 long distance relationships before. my last long distance relationship was the worst. i will never do long distance again. never. the guy was just melodramatic. and we just kept breaking up and getting back together. it was too much stress for me. i will never do a long distance relationship again. never.

I completely agree with this. There were times when my bf and I didnt talk for a week. I didnt know what he was doing, who he was doing it with... I trusted him, and he trusted me in return.

With any relationship though, LD or NOT, trust and communication are very important.

whoa i didnt know that prince charles and camilla are getting divorced??? thats new to me!
 
im known my boyfriend because he lives in Wiggins,MS and im visit him for first time last years and my plans going there again this December before christmas or new year day im hope so.

im been dating with him for months till i got break-up with him and i cant think about my boyfriend they later about almost 2 months and i type to him on dating websites and i told him i got jobs and lots of more but i will trying get relationship back when im see him again this December im would pray for that!

It could be rumor... I read the magazine about them last weekends saying that Prince Charles want to divorce Camilla...

Divorce ground:
Camilla is too lazy
Camilla spent alot of money on nonsense things
Camilla smoke again

Camilla said that her love for Charles is gone due his control and judgement... :dunno: They living their own way now... :dunno:

Perhaps I should not take it serious until official then....

Really ? Are you serious that Prince Charles want to divorce Camilla ? I never knew that he wants a divorce. I just thought that he was really in love with her. :-\

Do you have any " back up " statement for it ? Any link for me to read ? :)
 
to me i prefer long distance because from there you will know whether someone loves you
 
i bet you try from another country, this based in difference culture and tradition and the background really matters
 
The worst part about LD relationships,... is when you can't help that they have to be so far from you. It can suck. these days I'm doing the LD thing again cuz of army... and I hate it.. But we talk every day which helps.
 
Ok people i need help. I met this guy over the internet, We've been talking for about a year now. And I fell in love with him. And he fell in love with me.We talk on the phone ALOT! just i don't know.. I'm 15 and he's 17.. is it possible for me to love at my age? I mean i know i love him, but at my age should i want to spend my life with someone already? + He dosen't know what i actually look like. I know i'm not ugly i've been told i'm not and i'm not fat. I'm an average size. I'm just really scared that he wont want to love me? my friend offered her pictures and iv been sending them to him instead! he says he loves me but do you think he'll still love me after finding out that the girl he thinks he loves dosen't look the way she does in the pictures? is love all about your appearance? or is it loving the person that they are inside? someone help i am sooo confused!!!
 
he tells me he wants to spend his life with me but we keep breaking up and getting back together and i love him so much and wanna be with him that i accept it and get back with him everytime. shoud have been honest in first place about who you are and what you look like. u sent him the pics of your friend.. that show you are scared of meeting someone over internet. my advice is to go slow and take your time.. do not rush.. if u wanna meet him.. always meet with group of friends.. or at mall.. its your better bet that way u wont get hurt..

what the guy is an old guy? u neve rknow.. thats why u need to use your judgement and go SLOW.. ok? :)
