Is there anything more slimy than someone littering? There needs to be another campaign like when I was a kid. Geez!
 
I remember watching this commercial as kid. People are lazy to pick up their garbage. I am sure homeless areas are more difficult to control garbage. People who have access to trash cans be more considerate.

Bums have a lot of time on their hands, they could at least clean their area.

Agreed. Some have mental issues and probably incoherent to do a simple task.
People in general are lazy to clean up after themselves .
 
Clean up after your self ? Humm you might put some one (whose job it is to clean up after you )out of a job,so said the union boss. Shall we talk about whose job it is and how they perform?

Some aren’t capable I agree. Most are lazy and have no regard for the planet.
