I didn't graduate at 21, I would have graduated at age 18 but didn't graduate at all due to being pregnant at 18.. :|

I still know almost all the staff at Clarke, except the new ones that joined after 1997. Since you said you went there for audiology, so you might know Mr. Lepine or the audiologist there, I forget his name?

(mainstream, finally sign language program!!!!! I started to learn sign language when I was freshman, about 7 other deaf kids). I graduated in 1989 from Mt. Carmel High School with a diploma.

From freshman to sophmore
Mesa Community College, San Diego, CA
(mainstream, deaf program, and about 50 D/deaf and hard of hearing students). I graduated in 1995 from Mesa Community College with an Assoicate of Science Degree in Architecture.

From junior to 5th year
Architecture school at an accrediated university
(mainstream, deaf program, and 7 other D/deaf and hard of hearing students (two other students studied architecture and interior design). I graduated in 1999 from an architecture school with a Bachelor Degree in Architecture.

1974-1981: went to Cleary School for the Deaf, somewhere in Long Island, NY

1981-82: went to a hearing school but not happy there (don't mention it)

1982-84: went to I.S. 61 (junior high school with deaf program) Staten Island, NY

1984-1988: went to Curtis HS, Staten Island, NY (has deaf program w/ interpeters only)

1988-1989-attended NITD but undediced major and left LOA and went home

1990-1996-attended NITD majored in Business/office Technologies with a degree.

what exactly is the point of this?? i would understand asking where you went to high school and college, but every school in your life? that's really pointless and no one really cares...

and 2 years community college without a degree

all these schools do not deal with deaf nor have special program for the deaf. Their idea of accommodation is sit me on front row and have a projector as much as they can. and of course my first elem. had an FM system.

i don't want to give away too much info.. but i attended RIT as a freshman for the 2006-2007 year. i'm in a different school now.
 
I am considering attending RIT. It's one of 7 colleges I'm applying to but probably the one I'm most likely to attend.
