Like a virgin... lalalala..

 you virgin? :run:

I remember those. My mother had to make special harness to hold it in because they didn't sell those things to hold the box-type hearing aids. I have some pictures of me with those cords sticking out of my ear down to my chest. I cringe when I see those old pictures. So glad they came out with behind the hear after that.

Fuzzy...You look Marvelous!!!! Have you always had red hair? On my CI they give you color protectors. I guess they though I was old and sent me gray. I got pretty color nail polish and made flowers on them. Do you have something like that. I know they make snuggies in all different colors maybe check those out too. Have fun.

I used to wear like that when I was 8 years old in Minneapolis, Minnesota. I was blissfully happy being deaf for the full 8 years of my life before hearing aid. When I first heard the sounds, I was not happy at that but I was surprised to learn about the sounds that I had never heard before. I can only hear the sounds (muffled sounds) with my left ear as my right ear, I am totally deaf (no sound at all). When I went to go fishing with my family, I bend down to pick something like a piece of rock from the water (lake). The hearing aid almost fell into the water. So I began to have a new pocket to keep my hearing aid from falling out. Also when I became pre-teen, I felt like I have three breasts which I was embarrassed. I was glad to be able to wear behind the ear hearing aid. I can not remembered how old I was when I had my first behind the ear hearing aid. It was so long ago.

Tnak you!
yes, I mostly go for vivid reds :)
suits best my complexion - I am rather pale with pink undertones (bleh)
so red hair makes me looking alive, lolol

I used to have bland beige HA cover for all my life, until now- I asked to show me in what colors does the Siemens I have comes, and it turned out in quite many,
so I picked black. I wished it was all black, like the over the ear hook and the volume buttons, too
but not this particular BTE I need, I am sorry.

Oh well, a few more years and I will pick something really cool :)

Right now I am thinking of maybe making a new black or other color earmold and pierce it with something goth, lol

but yes, I do glue on some stickers on my existing plain earmolds sometimes,
like a nail stickers or sequins etc to pretty it up, lol
