As much as I love both of my children, those first 2 or so months were tough. Very tough. I was lucky with my first..when she was 6 weeks old, she finally slept thru the night and 12 hours straight! It continued to this day and she is 11 years old. With my son, took a year for him to sleep thru the night and when he finally did, he always EVERY day woke up at 5 AM! Finally, when he turned 2, he started sleeping past 8 AM...OOHHHH thankkkk uuuuu!

I am not a morning person so it was difficult for me. If Whisperhorse is a morning person, then it shouldnt be too difficult.

I just remember all the emotions I went thru after my first...tired, depressed, scared, excited, overwhelmed, and freaked out....maybe she will go thru that...maybe not. If she does, she is gonna need a lot of support.

Haha, nope she's not a morning person. She hates waking up early, so I think she might have a hard time for sure. :giggle:

Yes, she does need a lot of support. She will be overwhelmed, freaked out, scared, depressed, etc. I know her ways. Let's all give her support whenever she posts here.

I wonder how many hours of labour?!

Methinks maybe 14 hours.

Anyway, cool name for the baby. I bet she and baby will be fine. :)

 I'm not the father of the baby. The father of the baby ran off when he found she was pregnant and thinks it was me. We didn't have sex for few months apart and we figured it was his baby. she is my best friend.

I just recieved the news that the baby was born! Her name is Alexanderia Gayle born at 10:49 pm. She weighs in at 8 lbs and 1.4 oz at 21 1/2 inches. The baby and Whisperhorse is doing great. She is soooo sore!
