Last Movie You Watched?

But my new LCD TV doesn't have any ghost effect actually, they might have improved the issue, perhaps?

No, I meant from PAL to NTSC. Not the other way around. I don't know about the LCD though, I know it was an issue on standard TVs.

PAL and NTSC are different lines of resolution. NTSC (National Television Standards Committee) is a standard used in North America and Japan. It has the ability to display up to 525 lines of resolution. PAL (Phase Alternating Line), a standard used almost everywhere else in the world, has the ability to display 625 lines of resolution.

My sweetie and I watched Enchanted last night before I went to work... Good movie!! Plus we also watched Zoom two days ago. It was good too.

Yeah, those were good movies.

If you liked Zoom, you would also like Sky High. :)

Rented Heroes dvds last time and liked it... regretted that I missed this season's episodes and Hulu has no cc on those episodes, darnit. Guess that I will wait till the second package comes out to make it up.

I watch Prison Break every time but Heroes goes on air at same times. Oh boy!

I feel that way sometimes.

Some television shows are not linear, some are semi-linear, and some are very linear.

Battlestar Galactica is VERY linear. That means, watching every episode back-to-back would be like watching one super-long movie.

The Simpsons isn't linear. You could miss a few episodes and still not get lost with the history of what has happened that season.

Heroes is one of those linear shows. I watched a couple episodes, but then missed a couple. When I watched it again, I couldn't understand what happened or how it got to this point.

If I miss a few linear episodes, then I'll just forget about it and watch it straight through when it comes out on DVD. :)

Yep!

Prison Break is easier to follow up than Heroes for me... just exact like you said above. I told myself to wait for next Heroes DVDs to follow up... easier. But the problem is that we have to wait a bit longer then we would forgot some parts from the last ones. Maybe review it then watch new ones?

Just watched Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull today.

I must say, This movie was so-so. It had a lot of technical effects but although, it did not have the same "feeling" as it did for the first 3 parts of Indiana Jones.

Last movie I watched was the original Michael Caine "Italian Job" that I got through iTunes with CC.

The CC selection on itunes is so damn LIMITED only 92 movies? my ass.

Yeah... it turned out to be a sci-fi movie instead of a fantasy like the first three. :)

I watched that movie, when I was absent from work being sick. It was a good movie in the begining but I don't like how it ends.

Also, seen plenty of movies --

Meet the Robinsons
Incredible Hulk (sequel)
10,000 B.C
What happens in Vegas
The barnyard
Hairspray
Death race (Watched it with Captions at the cinemas last week)

The Happening. I hid under a blanket the whole time. My housemates were laughing at how silly it was. I'm far too gullible!
