It was Peppermill Resetaurant. It's near Circus Circus. Problem is - it was way too far from "main Vegas". That's why I missed it.

I was going to suggest the same thing. If he went coach the whole way (2-3 days), it might be cheaper. But if he wants a roomette, it probably won't be especially during the summer.
