whats the point of bringing the mob hysteria into this ? good percentage of sex offenders sex offenses are not against a child but against an adult and theres different individual cases that does not make sense and the perp is still charged with sex offense

its an issue that needs to be treaded carefully like someone else said most of the sex offenses are done by someone thats known to the vic or a family member.

i dont see the purpose of building parks as a great tool to drive them out its waste of taxpayer funds when there are more important issues that needs the tax revenues such as fixing roads and bridges im just tired of those potholes and gridlocks im traffic rising cost of public transit. ,,etc i do see a huge need for the system to take a serious look at where one can live just like group homes are not allowed to be in clusters in the state of illinois, we need to be at a certain distance from one other.
