nope. it's because the assailant suffered a far worse physical injury that required plastic surgery. that detective is simply a retard. wish I had a political connection to have him demoted or "reassigned" to a pathetic desk job.

Oh I see, that's explains it. indeed in self defense one is entitled to use only so much of a force. it can not be excessive.
It's not the detective fault.

That would not be funny if a man pretend that he was being electric shock. What if it is real and that is scary? He can not touch him if he was being in electric shock. Those dangerous pranks can backfire any innocent person to do that. Why can a person have a safe pranks without using the dangerous pranks? That would give the person a surprise without being harmed. :hmm:
 
Shucks...it's all in the fun if the prank isn't harmful...Some pranks are tho'...one I know of...a friend went to a party and get loaded...fell asleep...his friends pranked him by shaving off his eyebrows..:giggle:...wouldn't be funny if it happened to me tho'...they were all "buddies" and no one got hurt...just embarrassed...as he had to use an eye liner :giggle:...took a long time before the eyebrows grew back...and when they did...they were all "bushy"....

As for fights on the school ground...now-a-days...the kids wait until after school and go off the school grounds to settle things...better than being expelled.

there was funny prank I think grum posted, a couple of people were dancing everyone looked shocked then ones looking shocked got up and they started dancing until about 50were all dancing...funny when see it
