Yea, I dont trust their used games since I did get one of used game and it not working well, I deciced to not buy their used games, only brand new with still sealed on...

Just go to Blockbuster Video or Hollywood Video.

or apply for member on gamefly at Wal-Mart, it will cost $10 per monthly or so.

It's free... and if you like it, you can buy it. If you decide not to buy it, you can keep playing it regardless of being overdue. No matter how late it is, they will charge you a $1.25 "restocking" fee. That's not a bad idea for a game you got to rent... keep... and play for a few weeks before returning it. ;)
