Please don't encourage them to sit on or walk on/near tracks. Too many tragedies occur on train tracks. Not only tragic for the person(s) and their families but also for the crew of the trains.
 
I understand. One thing I didn't explain is that it's an unused route now. The photo shoot was for the oldest boy's senior pictures.

I've seen them (I'm guessing their the same) in the Metro Lounge, but never paid attention when walking around the station.

Two are for Amtrak arrivals/departures, two are the same for the Metra trains that use the place. I was actually there to see if they had put up the holiday decorations yet (They haven't, but will in a few weeks), and that's when I saw them. They were not there when I rode the Illini last May.
 
The brand new Track 1, almost ready for service:

As soon as it's been declared safe to use, the new Ravenswood Station will then open.
