Suffer? I double doubt it, she'll be getting luxury life in prison, who's paying for all that? Us. I rather her to die slowly and painfully, she doesn't deserved to live.

I aren't paying no criminals life in prison, being fed, watching tv, working out. It's completely bogus.

States choose between lethal injection and electric chairs, I think only 10 states have the electric chair, not every state. I think each state choose their own method of execution. ;)

In SD, they only have lethal injection, that all.

Lethal injection is almost painless and less to like abuse on humans.

it won't bring back the victim think abt it cheri!!!!!! and no shes not living the luxry life shes gonna have to work and pay resituation fees AND also deal with the fact she killed someone she doesn't even f*king care u saw the comment she smirked at her sentence! like she was glad but her life won't be easy come easy go, she will not have a life thats *luxary*! you have to be in prison to see it for yourself. I'm not going any futher with this!

Shes gonna have a SLOW rotting death and thats it. she won't get out ever!
 
Well, important thing is, as been said from the family, it is what both side agree on. Life in prison many prefer is unbearable. But as you read what families been going thru, that is the important thing.

Yeah. That's how I feel about that. Prison isn't easy. My dad used to work in a prison for medical clinic. He tells me living in prison isn't that wonderful.

My opinion, I don't think death penalty would do good in this earth. I think God has a plan with a greater punishment than death penalty. It is not up to us to decide, it's God's. Definitely, she won't be smiling anymore, Angel.
 
Life in prison with NO parole, now that's much a better idea. Even if the jury did sentence her to death by lethal injection, it will take YEARS of appeals to courts until she is finally executed.

Let her rot in hell at the prison.

I absolutely agree with you on that!! I don't like death penalty myself either, I rather God to take care of that .....

okay prison life is almost like the same idea as following schedule like wake up early really early.. like 3am or 4am and start to work early til what time I don't know what she will be finish but she will hate whatever she is required to do.. and people in prison will they be nice ot her? I doubt it too. so don't worry about her cuz she's behind bars for good and I bet u she will get sick of same schedule over and over again when she settles down in prison for life.. she will realize she will not have good food and whatever she wants is not into her hands anymore.. so don't worry she will break down after a long while being in prison probably 20 years down the road... so :shrug: I don't care but I'm happy she got the life sentence that she will suffer in long run like javapride said. :)
 
Now that she got life in prison, will she have all the 'good behaviour' privilege like having a small TV in her cell, access to a computer and other things? I sure hope she don't have any access to a computer and get into all deaf related website! :ugh3:

Why I said that is because we had a serial killer serving life in prison, he got access to a computer in his cell and got into the pornagraphic sites. A prison warden found out and took away his computer. Then a few weeks later, he commit sucide by hanging himself. I thought why he got a computer in the first place cos what he done he murdered about 5 women and dump them. He didn't deserve to have a computer at all.

Thats why I am saying it is unfair that Daphne get access to a computer for enjoyment while serving life imprisonment. I don't know what the prison system are like in USA but here in Aust, I think our system is too soft like letting a prisoner having a day out, having access to what they want and few things too. I hope she don't get that at all like our prison system.
 
Did you know once the criminal dies in the prison and their bodies will be send to their families. It will bury with all other criminal in the cementary with nameless only just number that all.
