Tousi and Authenic
They have defrauded the FCC $55 millions dollars so we will know how much they will have to pay back to them. I sincerely hope every cent of these said amount will be paid in full.
That's sad.
Why is it sad? They both are great role models for hearing world to let them know that Deaf people are not that dumb. They do know how to find a way to get money from government.
The most famous criminal case about altered 5 cent coins involved a deaf mute named Josh Tatum. He would go to cigar stands and purchase a 5c cigar and pay with a gold plated, hand reeded nickel. The attendant would assume that it was a $5 gold piece and give Josh $4.95 change. He was acquitted since he never said that the coin was $5, he couldn't. The Mint had learned its lesson and the following year put the word "cents" at the bottom of the reverse.
Works fine at my end.Video doesn't beem to be working right now.....high traffic?
DOJ are charging an additional 22 people with engaging in a scheme to steal millions of dollars from the FCC’s VRS program. The indictments charge owners and employees of the following six companies with engaging in a scheme to defraud the FCC’s VRS program:
Viable Communications Inc. of Rockville, Md.;
Master Communications LLC of Las Vegas;
KL Communications LLC of Phoenix;
Mascom LLC of Austin, Texas;
Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing Interpreting Services Inc. (DHIS) of New York and New Jersey;
Innovative Communication Services for the Deaf Corp. (ICSD) of Miami Lakes, Fla.; and

Thank you, Royal.

he could not be convicted because he never said it was five cents or a gold plated nickel.
Too bad for him but I feel sorry for Mary Yeh. She was my former drama teacher.
In 1970's, some people tried to talk John Yeh but he liked to ignore us.
