Jerry Sandusky Will get His Pension!!

stop being over-aggressive...I remember nobody was allow to touch O.J. Simpson's pension. What about Sandusky's wife? If Jerry lose his pension so does his wife. That wouldnt be right. Must be nice to have that kind of luxury.

Does not matter, why? There will be tides of civil lawsuits from victims and trust me, he is going broke anyway.

Just think about this, 45 civil lawsuits in horizon, do you think his pension is going to be enough to cover these lawsuits?

DHB is right. I wouldn't worry about what Sandusky is or isn't entitled to. No doubt the lawsuits that he will be facing will bankrupt him.

Probably not. Remember the Goldmans sued OJ and they won but the court didn't allow them to get money from OJ's retirement fund.

The victims will sue the shit out of PSU. Some of crimes happened on campus. The coaching staff knew about it.

OJ Simpson lived in florida b/c nobody could touch his house.(some kind of law in FL) But I wonder why OJ was desperate for money. Maybe his retirement fund wasnt enough. :dunno: His sorry ass is in jail. :laugh2:

Yeah, they should because it all started from that place where he worked. It's the school's responsibilty to make sure that things like that don't happen, I believe.

That is because not guilty verdict was given to him (OJ) making it difficult for civil lawsuits. On other and, guilty verdict always easily admissible in Civil court and will be used.

Other thing to consider, OJ is only one charge, one victim, one verdict which is not guilty, making his case in civil court alot weaker.
As for this scumbag, 45 victims, meaning 45 possible civil lawsuits and all with guilty verdict, Sandusky is really in deep trouble.

There were two murder victims in the OJ case.

In the Sandusky case, each charge doesn't represent a separate victim. There can be more than one charge per victim. A separate charge can represent a separate incident to the same victim, or a separate offense to the same victim.

For example, suppose a man kidnaps, rapes, murders, and desecrates the body of a woman. Each act is a separate charge but there is only one victim.

Whoa, 45 victims? You must be mistaken. There were 10 victims.

Quote from the link originally posted:

"Sandusky was charged with molesting 10 boys over a period of 15 years, including in Penn State football showers."

Those victims should sue Jerry's workplace where the incidents occurred.

I would suggest you guys read State of PA correctional laws. You will find interesting how correctional system handles with inmates income.

Well I may be mistaken with 45 counts as a victim, but that number is still very high. And no correctional would ever allow inmates collect any income and they are required to distribute their income to victims.

Breaking News...

Penn State officials knew about it in the past but didn't do anything so it's in a big trouble. The victims may be able to sue them, too.

They can wave those pension checks in Jerry's face. Not much he can do with them. If he needed some quick cash, he could write a "If I Did This" book.

He probably has his pension sent by electronic direct deposit to his bank or credit union. Even if he can't access it for himself, he can let his wife have access to the account.

His wife did not commit any crimes. Jerry cannot benefit from this pension. His clothes are provided, and there is not many items he could spend his money on.

I'm not quite sure what you mean by "cannot benefit from this pension." He probably can't spend it in prison other than what's allowed in the prison canteen but that doesn't mean his family can't use it.

Whether or not his wife committed a crime is irrelevant to her access to his pension. If he allows her as a joint signer to his pension account, then there's no problem for her.
