If you see Cracker Barrel, they serve good southern food. They even have apple butter.

Yes, I know Cracker barrel is a chain restaurant but just saying if you want to try southern food, that's where to go.

Hey Jclarke, I bet you're fun and enjoy the trip in america :).. Better ride on the transit system, it's cheaper than cabs :)
 
Yeah, been using the light rail around portland, it is easier than I thought and too damn cheap. I use the cab when I absolutely have to :)

You can't eat McDonald in Portland. You need to be in Chicago where the original McDonald is. It's historic landmark.
