Yesterday I filled out papers and today photos were taken, It's official, My house is officially on the market.
Im eying a couple properties, Ranches with 5+ acres, so I can hunt the land as well if I decide to, no close neighbors to deal with but still close enough to make new friends and have some BBQ's. My son is exited that we are selling this house and looking for a new home, hope all is smooth sailing from here.
used to, Id get nervous or worry about this and that, lately I could care less anymore.... Things just dont bother me like they used to.

Cutting ties with those who couldnt help me in times of need or just didnt want to make an effort to help...regardless, I aint going to miss them any more now than I did before. Time to kick back, relax and enjoy my future !

I At first I thought move closer to family and friends, but that fell into the catagory of " who helps who?" so I set my vision on moving further out away from the drama...lol

I have a buyer for my truck if the house sells as I will need a 4X4 in the sticks, so it will all fall hand in hand. Im ready !!!!!!!!!!
Might throw the big heavy bulky stuff in a storage unit, so when its time to go I just have a truckload of stuff to move and can fetch the rest later as everything settles down... selling stuff I dont need or want or buying new later... so much more simple. woot !
Gotta love the country, I miss it. Love the friendly older folks who wave as you drive past, sit on the porch sippin iced tea and just carrying on a conversation like you knew them forever....unlike the stuck up ignorant city peeps. I cant wait.
 
Congrats on your new chapter. I enjoyed your thread remodeling the current house.

Yep, Im done with all that. The new to me place will be what it is, not looking to do anything but maybe paint. But we all know how that goes, but overall Im not looking for anything to work on, just color and make it mine lol

too old and worn down for that, time to become one of those old country folks sippin iced tea ( and Ill still have a fridge full of pepsi) lol
 
Your latest breakup was downright confusing to me. I saw posts about your wife getting a different car and then suddenly it looked like you weren't living together! Everything looked fine to me and the she was just gone.

Sono, is this the same house where you were having the parking problems on your street? If so, that will be nice to be done with that once and for all.

I feel this was a wise decision ! You saved yourself a lot of unneeded headaches .

Yes, haven't had anymore problems since, but I know once these tenants move there's always another waiting to burst that bubble. So one reason I'm looking at not having "close" neighbors.

With it just being my son and I , I don't need such a big house anymore, a ranch so there's no stairs to climb, a nice attached garage to work in if needed, as I just spent the day outside replacing a water pump in my truck. You'd think that $80 polished turd was going in a show car. Took me 15 minutes to change and $135 total with fluids, shops wanted $500 to replace it, just crazy.

House just went live and already have a potential buyer looking at it, wow that was fast
 
Now you need to get working on deciding which house you're going to buy. :)
 
still waiting for a go from the other party, they didnt have a pre-approval. so if they get the loan, then we will go hardcore for my house. if notI can stay at my daughters a few weeks til I find a place. got a few lined up just dont want to throw out an offer til i know for sure i got this one sold.
 
Open house today. Got a solid offer, just waiting to see what it is and if I accept it.
 
Really? you are single now? I bet ladies are lining up to such a talented guy :giggle:
