I know and we paid almost $300K for it and now it is worth $150K.

But it is nice for a house that was built in 1934. Now that we got our projects going...it should be beautiful.

We jsut need a mere $7,000 to fix the basement problems and then we are good to go.

The roof is in great condition so that is something to consider.

My hubby said we picked a lemon for a house but it is a CUTE house. Just wrought with problems


cracked foundation
leaking basement
mice
bed bugs
plumbing system all messed up



so far, we have solved 3 of the 5 problems. Two of them are very expensive but they will get fixed!

I remember grabbing a chipmunk off my sister's cat and it bit my thumb and my dad grabbed it and then it jumped onto the floor and died a few yards away from the side door and stips.

We want to adopt your dad. The one that adopted us is wayyyy to grumpy, and he forgot to get in line when they passed out sense of humor.
