Is Verizon Outages affecting anyone accounts?

This is why I won't mention this a_______ word cause I know few people don't have them, and they are human.

I don't care what court thinks. All business regardless of what, they are in to make living though income. Without them, they are going into drain hole, period.

well you should care because you are currently engaging in lawsuit.

businesses are already going into drain hole anyway

What does my lawsuit have to do with this?

Well, if that is true, then why force companies pay more for labor just to make "money losing" customers happy?

courts. you know? you should care about what courts think.

pay more? money losing customers? that would be incorrect on all counts.

money losing customers? very old classic business adage... happy customers = repeated customers = what? PROFITS! that's why Walmart succeeds very very very well in this. very ironic that you used Walmart example without understanding its business models.

exactly how are we forcing companies to pay more? and why would companies pay more? they do not necessarily need to pay more to expand or improve its customer support. they can simply allocate only 0.0000001% of its budget to customer support and chose to have a horrendous customer support. that's up to them. they can hire 1 Indian customer rep to handle 100 calls if they want to.

so why do they outsource their customer support? because look at what I said before... a good customer support = repeated customer. so by outsourcing, they are reducing its expense and increasing its response rate (by hiring more reps at lower wage).... in hope of some customers coming back again (clearly not doing well at it). and also... it's a law to have a customer support but they are not required to provide you an outstanding quality of customer support. so what are they doing now? quantity over quality.

anyway - it would be in many companies' best interests to improve its customer support if they want to gain more customers. plain and simple.

and that is the end of business 101 class for today.

yay! class dismissed, party time!

Oh really? Wow Verizon has heart, lungs, stomach, brain with two eyes, a nose, and a mouth... BTW what is in between Verizon's legs? I am curious... Isn't it a dick, or can't or trans? I am so curious and can't wait to find out!

Damn ,so is that was cause the outages, that has to be very long "dick".
Talk about going way off topic .

Seriously, if you don't like them, then wait til contract is up, then give em middle finger or talk with other carrier to see if they are willing to buy you out of their competitors contract. Business hate losing customers, right?
