Is PENN or Cornell is more likely to let deaf in?

I wonder if it is true that Penn or Cornell is more likely to let deaf who do not have high gpa or SAT or GRE, get in there?
 
I dunno but the John Tracy Clinic would love to have you and they are in Los Angeles.

In all seriousness, does he think that his writing is good enough to get him into Cornell or Harvard? If his posts are an accurate sampling of his skills, he can't possibly have a chance, right?

uh he'd be lucky if he passed the placement tests at a community college.
