Is it harder to learn ASL ..?

Im gonna learn asl for the first time, but is it harder to learn if im isl (Indian Sign Language) user?

It will probably be easier, not harder. ISL and ASL are not related, but sign language users are better at communication strategies (like mime, or combining concepts) than "hearies" are.

ASL is rather easy after you get the basics down. It just takes time and effort which I'm sure you have.
