Reason that I want to help people. What kind of pain you have? I was in pain before. I felt much better. Anything and see what I can help

With my ear problems...don't think "fitness" would help...pain management is the route that I go...

Fitness is one can help your pain go away. Just sit and do nothing that will help pain go away. No, you need to focus on your body first. I was in that shoe before. I gain weight and got a lot pain from my body. Fitness is one that can help pain go away. Lot of people are happy with their testominals.

They don't feel pain anymore....Franco Calaveri is one is best doctor. He made products are all 100% naturals. Ocean Avenue is one of best products that i have in my life.

Thanks to my personal trainer, Kody Smith who works for 17 years!

Yes can't afford gym so walk a lot.. and climb a lot, and run sometimes. Sitting down is not good.

Pain has been and is a part of my life. Doesn't matter how heavy I am or how light I am in weight, pain is always there. At times, exercise makes it worse. The type of exercise I need, I cannot afford, and even then, it will not relieve the pain. Can't even take medicine for the pain. I have just learned to accept and deal with it.

I have spinal pains and a nagger with kids that's a pain in my arse as well.... I just take all my pain meds and I give "0" f**ks !

I've always had a pain in my ass. Not much I can do about it.

I did too...years ago when I was in the hospital and the nurse gave me a very bad shot late at night.....I had pain in my butt for a long time after that....

I have fibromyalgia and neuropathy.

massage would help. That can be pricey though. Just fyi, if there's a Massage Envy around by you, that could be an option. You can become a member, membership is like $50 or maybe $60, but I think 50, a month, deducted from a credit card or bank account. But that covers you for one massage, or facial, a month and if you go more than once a month the other massage sessions are $40 I think. I don't work the front, I'm a massage therapist so I don't know all the money details.

Actually, I have attempted that and it was no relief at all. Spent a good 9 months getting massages and still no relief. Waste of my money all around.

I already wrote in about a massage therapy technique that actually worked on repetitive motion injuries all it did was sink the thread. I am not spambot here this worked where the thousands of dollars I had spent every other way did not. Years of real and genuine pain came to an abrupt halt and in one session. It may not work so well for other but I did not go in there just mildly oh I hurt a little wah wah.

Have you thought about trying a natural approach with essential oil? There's an essential oil blend called "deep blue rub" and it has helped others. PM me if you want more info or a sample.

I have:
-sore back and neck (scoliosis being controlled by chiro)
-sore knee (motorcycle accident)
-occasional pain in my right foot (another accident)
-shall I click some joints for you? *cracks from neck, fingers, elbows, knees*

However, I am active. I swim, go for long walks, rock climb.

Actually, the more healthy you are the less prone you are to infection so it can help your ears to stay healthy. Also, regular exercise and diet has certainly helped my Meniere's.

Having said that, I don't know of any exercise that can specifically target your ears other than purging the body of water and even then it happens to the whole body at once.

The only thing I can think of is perhaps massage therapy to assist sinus problems.
