'Irresistible' worker fired in Iowa

That's big on the news here right now. And she lost her case too.
 
I think it is fair, hot woman was never intended for business (Except for pornos). Wear and make up the business like attire she will be fine. But she gone too far.

All dentist assistants are required to wear scrubs. She wore scrubs so how could it be sexy? What's more, the picture of her with her family showed that she's a little fat since she has two kids.
 
Obviously, after 10 years, the wife had more reason than just the fact that she was good looking. Why not have her fired after year one?

No, there is more to this story than just a pretty face. Not buying it..

My daughter is currently attending a dentist assistant program which costs $11k for only 9 months. I have to pay half of it. Anyway she has to wear scrubs to her class everyday since it's required just like in an employment.

The fired lady is married, too! No excuse for him to do that. What about other assistants? Are they ugly? Is that why he didn't fire them? That's fucking dumb!

Yeah, his jealous wife was the one to tell him to fire his "pretty" assistant who performed her job well for 10 fucking years. She was not even flirting with her boss. The justice in Iowa is fucked up.

In the back of my mind, the wife told him to hire another assistant (to replace the fired assistant) who must be fat or ugly. :lol:

Seriously, I was in hospital for a whole week, man a lot of nurses are damn hot even though not all of them wear scrubs. My male friends have been crazy over these nurses.

Point of this case is to prevent sexual harassment. Hot sexy women leads to sexual harassment easily and it can cost anyone dearly (Though legal).

My family has been to the dental center for many years. So, YES, they always wear scrubs because it's part of their job just like police wear uniforms. DUH!

Also...those "text messages" after work between both of them.....and the wife found out...

So...as any wife who loved her husband would do and demand....that the Lady be fired!....

Feel there is much more to this story than has been printed....And, some people say..."All's fair in Love & War"....maybe not really....but any woman who Loves her husband and wants to keep her family together...and to deter her husband from "straying".....would do the same thing....A lot of women are Jealous.

Iowa is at-will employment so the employer is free to fire anybody for any reason.

She wasn't discriminated at the job so she isn't not qualify for EECO.

At-will employment allows employers to fire anybody for any reasons, however the civil rights aren't part of them, so it is justifiable if employee makes heavily attraction or distraction in the job, so that's valid reason, not discrimination under civil rights.

Tell her - if she isn't happy with state court so try with federal court, also EECO is federal law.
