I recently had to replace my IPhone due to damage and I lost a few TTY apps with it. I haven't used any of the TTY apps for awhile and I have forgotten which ones I had. Now that I've lost them I need to make some calls! I noticed that Clear Captions and Hamilton no longer have apps available. One of the TTY apps allowed VCO and I beleive it was Roger Voice which is a speech to text program. But I can't find any info that says it allows VCO.
