Internet for videophone or better way?

I have been used Comcast, & Clear before. I recently disconnected with Clear for low speed effect not smoothes video at rip off price. I didnt want to go back on Comcast. I did speak with At&t about speed. I dislike their one time charger. I am looking for wise $$ saver.

I dont have a popular phone that most deaf people has.. I am using kyocera cellphone virgin mobile, not a pretty phone but, I like it & cheap :lol:

Anyway I was wonder is there any new way to used videophone tech?

Comcast have different plans, get higher price plan that have 10 MB upload speed
 
if you call Comcast and ask for the economy plan, they provide it for 25 dollars or sometime if they have some specials going on for 14.99 up to 20 dollars for the length of possibly a year or 6 months.

ATT will charge you for providing you their modem so it'll be good idea to go with ATT and set up payment to pay the one time fee into 2 payments or 3 if possible
