InterestIng AllDeaf forum

I doubt it has anything to do with members' ages.

AllDeaf goes through changes from time to time.

At one point, we had a bunch of members who liked to swear, play pranks, call people names, etc.

Other times, we've had the following...

- a bunch of foreigners
- a bunch of stay-at-home moms
- a bunch of those who were involved with GLBT issues
- a bunch of video game fanatics
- a bunch of older members
- a bunch of younger members
- a bunch of computer geeks
- a bunch of college students

It changes from time to time... usually every 3 to 6 months. :)

If one group doesn't seem enjoyable, bear with it. You can simply ignore them... which should be the easiest thing to do. Time will go by and a new group will emerge. :)

You forgot to add one more

-a bunch of losers with no life (not me... :P)

I have inspected age of members. Mostly members are younger age. Few members are mid 50's or over 50's. 50's members may lost interesting of Alldeaf forum because they disliked too young members' posts. They had left from AD members to exchange deafvideo and deaf-tube. Do you know what s reason about it?

Darn, I should have pretend my age to 50, so I can be in your club. :)

You can even encourage some deaf friends of yours in the same age group to AD... and then a new group would emerge! Such what vampy said, it occurs and I have seen it myself.

I am going to be 38 in a couple of weeks. In my non computer life, most all of my friends are in their 50s. I lose a lot of friends here at work whenever there is a early retirement buy out pkg offered.
