Inappropriate Signatures

Call me blind, but can someone tell me where I can find these signatures with sexual content? Avatars? Text?

I can understand members, like Eve in this case, who care enough to bring this issue up and see what we all think. I can also understand members like GalaxyAngel who find humor in things such as avatars, signatures, etc.

Personally, I have no problem with avatars like that of Steel's because it's not extreme, but at the same time I do care about the children having access to AllDeaf and seeing this kind of stuff. I mean, I have 4 tiny and gorgeous nephews and nieces, so I understand.

So, here's what I would like for all of us to do. We will set up a poll or two, and everyone will vote to either eliminate "sexual" (don't get confused with porn -- that I will definitely not allow in public) signatures/avatars/smilies, or not. This is your comunity, I'll leave this decision up to you guys. But, please, let's all stop with the finger pointing and be adults about this, ok?

Yes I know you would do that if you see porn avators and signatures because porn to the public is not acceptance.

About the avatar/signature : GA, I find these inappropiorate signature you had in yours about your personal life with your hubby -- THAT is NOT necessary to be said for everyone to know. It should be kept in bedroom. And, also I find this that the way you talk is verrrrrry rude. Your rude remarks -- gee, did you teach your kids to talk like that huh ?

I will not be surprised if I knew they will be like their momma when they grows up and they will say rude remarks to other people like you did to some ADers here. :roll:

But I do not take GA's avator and signature serious because I know she is only doing for the fun. I know she doesn't mean to tell us about her sexual life with her hubby but out of fun... I'm surprised to see some of posts took GA's signature as serious and beleive she talk about her sexual life with her hubby...

Please don't judge GA about her children upbringing. It's her business, not our.

Lieb... i'm the same way.. my daughter always come to me and ask me questions about anything sexual related.. i'd explain it to her more clear so she can understand. I don't hide anything from her at all. Now she's exploring more deeper. I asked her where she got those from.. she said her friends at school are talking about it.. soooo.. i decided it was time to tell her from my own words what she was exploring.

So, eventually.. the kids are gonna learn what reality is all about...

Obviously, some people just have NO CLASS
and have to be governed by rules and consequences!

I agree with Eve, Taylor, Tousi, Diehardbiker, Eyeth etc...

I noticed some of these avatars/signatures
showed the lack of class, and the lack of education...
and the lack of respect/moral values
as well as the lack of clean humor...
(Too Gross, Too Disgusting, Too Vulgar,
Abusive and Offensive)

Would you want your children see them ?
Would you want your boss/co-workers see them ?

Some of us know how to have sense of humor
without being "abusive" or gross etc...

is NOT that extreme....

I vote that sexual avatars should be eliminated.

If you happen to walk down the street and
you saw someone rape/murder a little girl front of you,
do you allow a rapist/murderer telling you "None of Your Business"

Same thing here, you cannot tell us "Just ignore that rapist" or
"Mind Your Own Business" while it's almost same thing here
