Crosswind Landings during a storm at Düsseldorf
 
Remind me never to fly to Düsseldorf. I was wondering if they should have cancelled flights during those high winds then saw lightening at one point and knew that they should have.
I don't fly often but when I do, I love to have a window seat and watch the take offs and landings.
 
Those cross winds must be pretty severe; some of those planes looked like they were dancing just before touch-down........

It does look freaky when it looks like as if the plane is flying sideways. :Ohno:
