If computers didn't exist...

For sure, I would be in better shape as I would have all that time to exercise!! Also, my place will be totally spotless.

But I would have lost out on wealth of knowledge that I have gained by meeting various people or reading stuff online. I would never have gotten to know such wonderful people and make life long friends.

yep i agree with you quadrupie!!! mwah!! since sitting on our asses yakking away with our online friends makes us fatter!! GRRR!!

That is very good one that got me thinking for a few minutes...

I probably would watch some movies  or trying to find something to do around in the house to clean or something

I wouldn't be bitching about being stuck here at this #%@#$ job site and wanting to go home.

I remember before I had a computer I watched loads of TV, went out walking the dog a lot and read a lot

I don't know how I coped with all that free time! I never have much time now, am always online, that takes up most of my time hehe, and I don't really watch much tv now

...just read that last bit, I really need to get a life

EDIT: I just realised I wouldn't be able to chat to my friends on MSN, I always think MSN is like a phone for me since I can't hear on the phone. I would be a loner without computers!

OMG, I think I would be given the award for the cleanest house on the planet!!

So much time on my hands and so little to do - LOL. Hmm, might have to take my novel writing and do it the long-hand way.

Or, Malfy... You'd be sitting along side me in your ajacent cell me in the insane asylum we'd be in after someone committed us for going stark raving mad from all that boredom! :giggle:

but in our time.. we didnt have computer like this high tech.. we write penpals.. and send in slow snail mail..
and get into alot of outdoors.. involved in 4-h clubs and sports activities

now days.. kids are into computer and dont want join in sports.. some parents didnt kick their butts.. I do kick my kids butt and go out.. find something to do..
its harder than our time..

True, I´m agree with you!

It´s harder to image how could I cope without computer. ***sigh***

I would set my business is:
To restore the furniture and crafts work.

There would be more deaf socials! I remember the days before the Internet when NYC had a TONS of deaf events with many people. It was very lively! Nowaday fewer people are attending social functions because they're already catching up with their friends via emails, IM and pagers.

Ah, those were good ol' days!

I would be stuck watching tv and driving my son around places. Wearing out my good truck.
