That's good idea!!! Excerise is good for you and your health!!! I have seen a lady - she is well known in hometown - suffer personality disorder and live at physcial home for a long time. Anyway, she use it like what you posted here, she is very fit and full energy... and have good skin... she walk a long with that trolley to buy small foods and walk long back to physical home... she took care of herself well...
